Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Client Accounting Specialist role located in Charleston, SC. The primary responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounting software systems, payroll processing, recording journal entries, and providing financial guidance for a variety of clients. The Client Accounting Specialist will also work collaboratively with the team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of client financial records.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements

Hands-on experience with accounting software and journal entries

Solid understanding of financial principles and advanced analytical skills

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

Extensive experience in QuickBooks, both Desktop and Online versions

Prior experience in public accounting or a similar client-facing role is a plus
