JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Salary: £36,000-40,000 pro rata per annum 
  • Contract: Full Time, 1-year contract 
  • Location: 3 days in the Migrateful office, 2 days remote working 
  • Reporting to: CEO
  • Direct reports: none

Overview of role

The role is designed to improve our user experience and help us streamline our back office systems through further automation and integration. We are a small, growing organisation. We need someone who is flexible, and able to take the lead on digital across various business areas. This is an exciting opportunity to take on overall responsibility for our tech / digital systems and help to transform the organisations operations. We currently use Salesforce (Not for Profit Success Pack, Service Cloud and Pardot), Zapier, Eventbrite, Xero, Mailchimp,  and others. 

Specific responsibilities are:

Reviewing and improving current systems:

  • Working with the Operations team to understand our current processes and design integration/workflow solutions to increase efficiency and improve user experience

  • Hands-on testing and implementation of the integration/workflow solutions

  • Making improvements to the website 

Day-to-day systems management: 

  • Assisting Andrea the Operations & HR Manager with day-to-day Salesforce admin tasks eg setting users' profiles and roles

  • Designing, documenting, building, testing and deploying enhancements to Salesforce custom objects, flows, reports, and dashboards 

  • Keeping up to date with the Salesforce release notes and noting any functionality that we could use to improve processes or which might necessitate adaptations to the current structure

People

  • Enthusing and supporting staff, and creating fun relevant training materials where necessary

Risk & Compliance

  • Reviewing our compliance with current data protection legislation, making recommendations as to improvements where necessary

  • Advising on potential security breaches and making recommendations as to improvements where necessary

Person Specification:

Technical

Essential

  • Experienced Salesforce administrator, with an understanding of Experience Cloud and Pardot

  • Hands-on experience with integration projects

  • A significant contribution to, and proven delivery of, digital strategy

Desirable

  • Web development experience

Other

Essential 

  • Self-management skills 

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical colleagues

  • Good at listening to others

  • Proactive can do focus 

  • Passionate about technology and excited about working with us!

Desirable

  • Lived experience of migration to the UK and/or seeking refuge in the UK
