Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and convert high-quality leads provided by the company

• Conduct property viewings and build strong relationships with clients

• Provide expert guidance to buyers, sellers, and tenants

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and legal regulations

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Represent Milele Properties with professionalism and integrity

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong client-facing and interpersonal abilities

• Valid UAE driving license is a plus

• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)

• Highly motivated, results-driven, and ready to be part of a founding team
