Job Purpose

To assist the marketing team in the effective execution of campaigns by handling foundational tasks such as paid media management, campaign planning, market research, and cross-departmental coordination. The role focuses on enhancing the performance of paid media initiatives to maximize ROI and minimize cost per lead.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Paid Media Campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify suitable car models for promotion and determine the most effective platforms.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and alignment of campaign creatives.
  • Strategize and coordinate the execution of multiple simultaneous media campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time to improve ROI, reduce Cost per Lead (CPL), and enhance overall performance.
  • Support general marketing initiatives and assist in related activities as required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and audience targeting.
  • Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

Academic:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Professional:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media campaigns, or performance marketing.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or related platforms is an added advantage.
