Job Purpose
The Sales Agent (Lease-to-Own) will be responsible for driving Lease-to-Own sales by engaging with customers, negotiating deals, and closing contracts while maintaining strong client relationships. Since we currently lack an Arabic-speaking salesperson, this role is critical to capturing a significant untapped customer segment and achieving our monthly sales target of 10 cars, directly contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Duties and Responsibilities (Generic) of the position

Manage End-to-End Sales Process

  • Handle the complete Lease-to-Own sales cycle, including engaging with customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable car options, negotiating pricing and financing terms, and closing deals successfully.

Achieve Sales Targets

  • Consistently work towards achieving the monthly sales target of 10 cars while maximizing revenue per deal through upselling additional services where possible.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Proactively interact with potential and existing customers to build strong relationships and establish trust.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Present Vehicles and Financing Options

  • Confidently explain car specifications, pricing, financing options, and Lease-to-Own benefits to customers in both Arabic and English, ensuring they understand all terms clearly.

ERP & CRM Management

  • Accurately update and manage customer records, leads, and deal statuses in the ERP/CRM system.
  • Ensure contracts, payment schedules, and customer information are correctly processed and documented.

Lead Management & Follow-Ups

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and conduct regular follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
  • Work with leads generated through marketing campaigns while also nurturing showroom walk-ins.

Assist Walk-In Rental Customers (Occasionally)

  • While the primary focus is Lease-to-Own sales, provide basic support to walk-in rental customers when needed, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

After-Sales Support

  • Provide assistance to customers post-sale by coordinating contract-related queries, payment schedules, and other basic support.
  • Ensure seamless handovers and resolve initial issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with the marketing team to convert campaign leads and support promotional offers.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely vehicle availability, registration, and delivery.
  • Share customer insights and feedback with management to improve pricing strategies and offerings.

Maintain Product & Market Knowledge

  • Stay updated on the companys full car inventory, pricing structures, and financing options.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to better position our products and improve customer conversion rates.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare regular reports on leads, closed deals, and customer interactions to keep management updated on performance.
  • Participate in periodic reviews to evaluate performance against KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

Skills required at fulfill the position

    • Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and English for effective communication with customers.
    • Strong automotive industry knowledge including car models, pricing, and financing options.
    • Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to achieve monthly targets.
    • Experience in Lease-to-Own sales or similar automotive financing models is an advantage.
    • Basic proficiency in ERP systems for managing leads, contracts, and payments.
    • Knowledge of CRM tools for tracking customer interactions and follow-ups.
    • Ability to prepare and manage basic reports using MS Excel.
    • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills for pitching offers and deals.
    • Strong customer relationship management skills to build trust and drive repeat business.
    • Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously and manage follow-ups effectively.
    • Professional, presentable appearance with a confident showroom presence.
    • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
    • Good problem-solving skills to handle objections and resolve issues quickly.

    • Adaptability to handle both Lease-to-Own and occasional rental customer requirements.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing contracts and payments.

Position Qualifications (Academic & Professional)

      • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
      • Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience in the automotive industry.
      • Prior experience in Lease-to-Own sales or automotive financing is an advantage.
      • Basic knowledge of ERP systems for handling contracts, payments, and customer data.
      • Familiarity with CRM tools for managing leads and follow-ups (training can be provided).
      • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting skills.
      • Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and English for effective communication.
      • Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not compulsory).
