Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and prospecting.

  • Conduct face-to-face client meetings to assess financial needs and provide suitable financial solutions.

  • Offer professional financial advice with a focus on client retention and long-term financial planning.

  • Monitor client portfolios, manage policy renewals, and address unpaid premiums or cancellations.

  • Apply risk management principles to maintain a profitable client portfolio.

  • Utilize financial planning tools and industry knowledge to support clients effectively.

  • Stay updated on market trends, compliance requirements, and product offerings.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric qualification (essential).

  • Degree or relevant industry qualifications (preferred).

  • RE5 Certification (preferred but not required).

  • Drivers license and access to a vehicle.

  • Sales experience (essential).

  • Financial industry experience (advantageous).

  • Clear criminal and credit record.
