Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation tools.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Market Analysis
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
- Administrative Duties
- Prepare and present proposals, sales reports, and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Share feedback and best practices with the sales team to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in business-to-business (B2B) environments.
- Experience in industries such as ICT , Telecommunication , Office Automation
- Other Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet clients.
