Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation tools.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  2. Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  3. Market Analysis

    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
  4. Administrative Duties

    • Prepare and present proposals, sales reports, and forecasts.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  5. Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
    • Share feedback and best practices with the sales team to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in business-to-business (B2B) environments.
    • Experience in industries such as ICT , Telecommunication , Office Automation
  • Other Requirements:

    • Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
    • Willingness to travel locally to meet clients.
