Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Outbound Coordination

• Support daily shipping operations to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of goods.
• Select efficient and cost-effective shipping methods based on operational needs.
• Prepare, pick, pack, and stage outgoing orders with high attention to detail.
• Verify shipping documentation, labels, and order accuracy prior to dispatch.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers and third-party logistics providers.

Receiving & Inventory Management

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Identify discrepancies, shortages, or damages and report findings promptly.
• Unpack, sort, and route inventory to designated storage or operational areas.
• Accurately record inventory movements and maintain organized documentation.

Storage Organization & Facility Support

• Lead organization and cleanup initiatives within storage areas.
• Label and categorize inventory to improve accessibility and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage and workspaces at all times.
• Support periodic inventory counts and assist with reconciliation processes.

Equipment Operation & Physical Tasks

• Safely operate pallet jacks to move pallets throughout the facility.
• Load and unload shipments manually or using appropriate equipment.
• Lift, push, and pull packages or pallets weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Follow proper lifting techniques and safety guidelines at all times.

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety standards and internal logistics protocols.
• Maintain compliance when handling materials and shipments.
• Report safety hazards or operational concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in shipping and receiving operations.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and external partners.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear criminal record check may be required depending on client site requirements.
