6703 - Production Manager(Plastic Injection)

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations in a structured production environment. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, quality, cost control, and cross-department collaboration while ensuring smooth daily operations and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall production activities, including planning, coordination, and execution
• Ensure production targets, capacity planning, quality standards, and cost objectives are achieved
• Improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Oversee manpower planning, daily output, and production scheduling
• Monitor materials, WIP inventory, and support stock take activities

• Work closely with QA on in-process quality control and compliance

• Prepare and review production reports and daily performance data
• Maintain workplace standards, safety compliance, and operational discipline
• Train, coach, and motivate production staff; manage performance and grievances
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Promote quality, safety, environmental awareness, and emergency preparedness

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (plastic injection, electronics, or related industries)
• Knowledge of plastics, rubber, silicone, or mechanical structures is an advantage
• Experience in plastic injection moulding or electronic/electrical manufacturing is a plus

• Strong leadership, supervision, and people management skills

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
