Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and training coordination across JWC Group, including office and retail operations. This role requires strong coordination skills, people management capability, and understanding of multi-outlet F&B operations.
Job Descriptions:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Group Level)

Lead full-cycle recruitment for all Group entities, including:
- Office Staff: Accounts, Admin, HR, Marketing, etc.
- Cafe Staff: Outlet Managers, Supervisors, Baristas, Service Crew
- Kitchen Staff: Cooks, Kitchen Assistants
- Pastry & Bakery Team: Bakers, Pastry Chefs, Assistants
- Academy Team: Sales & Marketing personnel
- Coordinate manpower planning with HODs to identify staffing needs
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunters
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate second interviews with HODs
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents
- Organize induction and onboarding sessions for new hires
2. Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Handle day-to-day HR matters, staff enquiries, and personnel issues
- Manage employee disciplinary actions and counseling sessions
- Support performance appraisal coordination and probation reviews
- Maintain accurate employee records, including leave, attendance, and confirmations
- Ensure compliance with Employment Act and company policies
- Support staff engagement initiatives and conflict resolution
3. Training & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training programs
- Maintain training records and employee development matrix
- Collaborate with HODs to identify training needs
- Organize onboarding and certification training for new hires and existing staff
- Track staff certifications relevant to F&B and retail operations
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years HR experience (preferably in F&B / retail multi-outlet environment)
- Strong recruitment experience (mass hiring + executive level)
- Good knowledge of Employment Act
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple outlets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
