6762 - QMS Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, or customer requirements
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Handle CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) and 8D reports
• Monitor quality KPIs and prepare management review reports
• Control quality documents, procedures, and records
• Support customer audits and certification audits
• Work with production, QA, engineering, and suppliers on quality improvement
• Conduct employee training related to QMS procedures
• Drive continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related field
  
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS) within manufacturing environment
  
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or IATF 16949 requirements
  
• Experience in handling internal audits, external audits, and customer audits
  
• Familiar with CAPA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, SPC, and continuous improvement tools
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Certified Internal Auditor is an added advantage
