It provides reliable, specification-driven power systems for industrial customers across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and America, supporting global markets with export-standard manufacturing and engineering capabilities. The company are seeking a Sales Engineer to driving sales, supporting customers' technical requirements, and delivering end-to-end solutions including supply, installation, and after-sales service.

Job Descriptions:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in genset, power generation, and backup power solutions
  • Promote and sell generator sets, control systems, and related services (maintenance, overhaul, rental if applicable)
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue, and profit margins
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers in manufacturing, construction, commercial, and industrial sectors

Technical & Solution Support

  • Understand customer power requirements and propose suitable genset configurations and solutions
  • Provide technical consultation on load sizing, system integration, and application suitability
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and cost
    estimations 
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients

Project & Service Coordination 

  • Coordinate with internal engineering and service teams for project execution
  • Ensure proper delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of gensets
  • Support after-sales service coordination including maintenance contracts and troubleshooting
  • Act as the main point of contact between customer and internal teams

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Identify opportunities for upgrades, replacement, or new installations
  • Provide feedback on customer needs for product and service improvements

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports
  • Document all customer interactions, quotations, and project updates

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
  • 2–3 years experience in Generator Set (Genset) industry will add as an advantage 
  • Strong technical knowledge of Diesel generator sets; Power distribution and backup systems, Load calculation and sizing
  • Good understanding of installation, commissioning, and servicing of gensets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
  • Results-driven with strong problem-solving ability
