Job Descriptions:
- Sales Achievement: Set ambitious plans and consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, engage, and convert potential clients to expand the company's customer base.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain deep expertise in ERP solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering personalized solutions.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine Sales Strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation, guaranteeing customer success.
- Customer Service Excellence: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals efficiently and achieve revenue objectives.
- Self-Motivation & Ownership: Take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision to drive results.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in ERP software or technology solutions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex business solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
