Job Descriptions:

  • Leading supply chain planning team.
  • Ensure full compliance with all company policies, procedures, and departmental guidelines in daily operations and decision-making.
  • Establish clear objectives, standards, and procedures across the team to ensure alignment with business goals and operational requirement.
  • Promote open and effective communication through regular staff meetings, status updates, and individual discussion
  • Develop, recommend, and implement purchasing, planning, and logistics procedures to improve efficiency, consistency, and cost effectiveness.
  • Oversee the entire production planning function, including production scheduling, capacity planning, and coordination with manufacturing teams.
  • Plan and control raw material requirements to ensure uninterrupted production and optimized inventory levels.
  • Manage finished goods inventory to balance customer service levels with inventory holding costs.
  • Supervise inventory management, warehousing activities, and storage optimization
  • Coordinate import and export activities to support timely material availability and product delivery.
  • Continuously monitor and improve planning, inventory, and logistics processes to support operational excellence and business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct manufacturing management experience.
  • Good in ERP, Microsoft Word, and Excel
