Job Scoope:

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective quality control processes.
• Develop, review, and update product or process specifications to ensure compliance with standards.
• Supervise subordinates and support staff, providing clear guidance, training, and constructive feedback.
  
• Monitor and oversee product development activities to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.
  
• Conduct inspections of final outputs, ensuring properties and performance meet established requirements.
  
• Approve compliant products and reject defective ones in line with quality criteria.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and carry out statistical analysis for performance monitoring.
  
• Gather and evaluate customer feedback to confirm satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Prepare and submit detailed quality and performance reports to the Head of Department.
  
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance efficiency by developing and implementing improved procedures.
  
• Oversee and manage the store area, ensuring proper organization and supervision of support staff.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Japanese Speaking is a must (JLPT1 or JLPT2)
