Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with plastic injection molding operations and machinery.

• Experience working in ISO 13485 environments or with medical device manufacturing.
• Lead and manage all production operations, including injection molding and assembly lines.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, customer specifications, and safety regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, and other methodologies.
• Develop and mentor production supervisors, technicians, and operators.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, quality, logistics, and maintenance teams.
• Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management
