Job Description:

• Develop and improve engineering processes using tools.
• Create and optimize process flows, fixtures, error-proofing, and work instructions to boost efficiency and quality.
• Maintain accurate records and oversee shopfloor systems (MES).
• Review customer documents, prepare engineering reports, and part approval submissions.
• Manage ECN execution, support NPI activities, and handle process validation and risk assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and document engineering procedures.
• Collaborate with customers and ensure account requirements are met.
