Job Description:

• Lead electronics design from concept to prototype, integrating hardware, firmware, and software.
  
• Mentor engineers and oversee hardware-software integration.
  
• Drive prototyping, troubleshooting, and design optimization for reliability and manufacturability.
  
• Ensure compliance with BLE, ESD, EMC/EMI standards and manage PCB/PCBA processes.
  
• Manage BOMs, costs, and collaborate with manufacturing partners.
  
• Conduct IP reviews and assess business potential of new designs.
  
• Collaborate with external partners for innovative electronics solutions.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (Masters preferred).
