Job Descriptions:

• Manage customer enquiries and prepare quotations (RFQ) in a timely manner
• Review and interpret Bill of Materials (BOM) for costing and pricing proposals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Support sales growth in manufacturing-related products and solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, QA) to meet customer requirements
• Follow up on leads, orders, and delivery status to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in product discussions involving design and mold-making requirements
• Handle technical discussions related to electronics and medical device components
• Ensure compliance with ISO-related customer and industry requirements
• Support continuous improvement in sales process and customer service

Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred

• Knowledge of RFQ and BOM is required
• Understanding of electronics and/or medical device industry
• Familiar with ISO standards and quality requirements
• Exposure to product design and mold-making processes is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Collaborative and able to work with cross-functional team
• Growth-oriented, proactive, and willing to lear

• Basic commercial and costing understanding

   
• Able to manage multiple customer requests and deadlines
