Job Descriptions:

  • Monitor policies, procedures and related agreements to comply with audit, local law and ILO
    requirements.
  • Attend internal & external audit.
  • Monitor foreign workers recruitment matters including coordinating & attend the foreign
  • worker's recruitment process such as conducting interview session and liaising with recruitment agency to ensure all process comply with applicable law.
  • Monitor and support other foreign workers related matters which include working permit validation, accommodation management, administration cost and invoice analysis, general welfare, etc.
  • Drive and coordinating the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to ensure adequate information is well-disseminated and gain more feedback from employees such as refresher training, HR Counter, Worker Representative meeting, etc.
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships within all level of employees.
  • Responsible for attending misconduct/discipline matters and attend disputes among employees.
  • Review and verify subordinates' overtime plan, related invoices and process on Migrant Worker Management, accommodation management and ER.
  • Undertake any other duties or projects that may be assigned from time to time. Comply with ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018, ISO 22301 : 2019, ISO 13485 :2016

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in foreign worker management, HR operations, or employee relations preferred
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labour law, ILO requirements, and statutory compliance
  • Familiar with audit requirements and ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22301, 13485)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage employee relations and disputes
  • Detail-oriented with strong coordination, documentation, and administrative skills
