6625 - Senior Process Engineer

Company Overview:

Job Descriptions:

• Lead new project tool trials, prepare reports, and set process standards before first production.
• Collaborate with project, tooling, and cross-functional teams to ensure stable, efficient mould designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex moulding process and quality issues in mass production.
  
• Optimize moulding processes to improve product quality, efficiency, and reduce cycle time.
  
• Develop and commission EOAT and automation solutions to meet quality and productivity goals.
  
• Mentor and train moulding technicians and junior engineers.
  
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, ISO standards, and quality system requirements.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering
• 3 - 8 years relevant experience in plastic injection moulding.
