The company is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee and enhance all aspects of the Quality Department, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee overall functions of the Quality Department including Quality System, Incoming
    Inspection, In-Process Inspection and Outgoing Quality Control activities.
  • Assume the role of management representative for Quality Management System and Environment Management System.
  • Responsible to maintain and ensure the effectiveness of the companys Quality & Environment Management System through periodic internal audit activities and review of the system.
  • Responsible to initiate action and awareness to prevent occurrence of non-conformities relating to the product, process and quality system.
  • Monitor and manage the actual quality performance of the company which includes internal quality assurance activities, customer complaints, RMA returns, customer audits and third party audits.
  • Responsible to review and support new supplier qualification process, Supplier Quality Rating Performance and supplier development programme.
  • Responsible to ensure equipments are calibrated and control in compliance with the establish calibration system
  • Responsible to plan and coordinate surveillance audits with certification body
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Requirements: 

  • Degree or Diploma in any engineering discipline
  • At least 5 years managerial experience in similar capacity in multinational company
  • Experience in application of quality improvement tools
  • Familiar with relevant ISO standards including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO/TS16949 etc
  • Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills and abi lity to communicate effectively
  • Possess good analytical skill
  • Proficiency in English / German (ECH only) in both written and verbal.
