Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Engage with OEM, ODM customers, and design houses, channel partners to promote and design-in our products.
- Manage/oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial contract negotiation to product delivery.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as R&D, supply chain, and quality to ensure smooth completion of orders.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in design-in products with customers, especially in the Semiconductor or Networking industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively engaging with customers.
