Job Description 

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead sourcing and negotiation efforts to secure competitive pricing, quality goods, and favorable contract terms.
  • Evaluate and manage supplier performance, including risk management, delivery, cost, and quality.
  • Establish procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (production, finance, logistics, etc.) to forecast demand and manage procurement schedules.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, supplier evaluation, and negotiation strategies.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
