Job Descriptions:
- Material Inspection:
Examine incoming parts and materials against defined specifications to identify any defects or inconsistencies.

Process Monitoring:
Carry out quality inspections at different assembly stages to ensure compliance with process standards.

Final Quality Verification:
Conduct functional tests and visual inspections on completed units prior to shipment or release.

Issue Escalation:
Promptly report any quality issues, non-conformities, or process deviations to the quality supervisor or designated personnel.

Inspection Documentation:
Accurately complete inspection records using designated forms, checklists, or logbooks to support traceability.

Equipment Calibration Awareness:
Verify that measuring instruments and inspection tools are within calibration and functioning correctly.

Sample Management:
Label and store defective components or inspection samples systematically to ensure proper tracking and traceability.

MRB Area Upkeep:
Maintain order and cleanliness in the non-conformance holding (MRB) area, following 5S principles.

Team Collaboration:
Support Quality Engineers and Technicians in re-inspections, sample analysis, and data gathering activities.

Work Instruction Adherence:
Understand and follow all relevant work procedures, inspection standards, and quality guidelines.

Audit Preparation Support:
Assist during internal quality audits by organizing relevant documents or presenting required samples.

Training Participation:
Engage in periodic quality training and skill-upgrading sessions as required by the team.

Additional Responsibilities:
Carry out any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor or quality team.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; applicants with relevant hands-on experience are also considered.

At least 1 year of experience in a quality-related role within the manufacturing sector is preferred.

Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Understanding of safety procedures within a production setting.

Strong commitment to maintaining workplace cleanliness and order (5S).

Good communication and team collaboration abilities.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Familiar with tools and gauges such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and other inspection instruments.

Knowledge of manufacturing quality, equipment care, and safety practices.
- Attention to detail and the ability to make informed judgments regarding quality acceptance or rejection.
