Job Description:

  • Expand market reach and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships
  • Prepare sales analysis, reports, quotations, and manage customer accounts
  • Handle contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through technical support
  • Drive sales projects, meet targets, and support budgeting and pricing strategies
  • Conduct product testing, optimization, and industry research
  • Travel frequently for customer meetings (local & overseas)
  • Responsible for managing sales activities in the Malaysia market

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder with experience in electronics, SMT, or soldering processes preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Must proficient in English & Mandarin
  • Able to work under pressure, possess own transport, and willing to travel (up to 50%)
  • Relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered
