Job Description:

• Monitoring and identifying purchasing needs 
• Researching potential vendors
• Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
• To updating order records
• To evaluate vendor offers, negotiate price and maintain accurate records
• To follow up with suppliers, as needed, and make delivery arrangement
• To execute any other duties assigned by your immediate superior from time to time
• Preferable candidate able to start work immediately / short notice.

Qualification Requirement

• Year(s) of Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome
• Skill(s): Basic computer skills, Communication Skills & Written English
• Other(s): Willingness to Learn and responsibility
