The Company seeking for a Quality Manager to lead Incoming, In-process and Outgoing Quality functions, and to act as Management Representative for Quality System compliance (ISO14001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, ISO13485) to achieve Total Customer Satisfaction.
Job Description:
- Manage and plan workflow for Incoming, In-process and Outgoing Quality to ensure effective control and compliance to specifications and customer requirements.

Lead supplier performance monitoring, supplier audits and improvement programs.

Oversee First Article measurement, subcon management and new material qualification.

Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with legal, customer and QEHS requirements.

Drive root cause analysis (8D), SPC/Cpk review, corrective and preventive actions.

Support SQ/IPQC for New Product Launch and mass production.

Authorize stop line or shutdown machine when product does not conform to specification.

Manage MRB/MSC disposition, material purge and containment during quality escalation.
- Lead team performance, training, calibration management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering related field with minimum 3 years working experience.

Strong hands-on experience in Plastic Injection Molding, preferably in Medical Device manufacturing environment.

Solid knowledge in molding process control, defect analysis and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).

Well-versed in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 (regulatory compliance, risk management, traceability, audit handling).

Knowledgeable in 8D, SPC, DOE, FMEA, MSA, GD&T and data analysis tools (Minitab).

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Independent and able to multi-task in fast paced environment.
