Job Description

  • Comprehend manufacturing workflows and prepare production schedules based on sales projections, inventory status, production capacity, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver schedules also to align planning with customer requirements.
  • Work alongside production HODs and supervisors to schedule orders and allocate resources.
  • Match production plans with raw material availability, considering customer orders, forecasts, and supervise the entire production process.
  • Oversee inventory management of raw materials, work-in-progress, and end-products.
  • Update and manage the  ERP system by inputting forecasts and orders, generating shop orders, monitoring production progress, and preparing shipping documents and invoices.
  • Plan and coordinate shipments.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual KPI monitoring and analysis also review production plan outcomes to enhance performance.
  • Manage the timing and implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related role.
  • Proven experience as a Planner or similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of production processes.
