Job Description:
- Source and procure direct and indirect materials required for production, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Monitor supplier performance, manage purchase orders, and maintain inventory levels to support uninterrupted production.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, and Quality teams to align material availability with production schedules.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

2–3 years of procurement/buyer experience, preferably in EMS or manufacturing industry.

Strong negotiation, supplier management, and inventory control skills.

Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
