Job Description: 

  • Report directly to the PP&C Manager.

  • Planning and coordinating logistics activities, including transportation and warehousing management.
  • Managing the movement of goods from suppliers and to customers.
  • Handling imports and exports shipment documentation.
  • Arrange customs clearance for import and export.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistics-related issues.

  • Implementing and improving logistics processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as customs regulations, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
  • Accurately prepare and submit customs declarations and necessary documentation for all import and export activities.
  • Maintain compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies. 
  • Liaise with customs authorities to address and resolve any compliance issues or audits.
  • Ensure that all customs documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner to support regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly customer report and renewal LMW License for STP.  
  • Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
  • Issuance of customer CN and DN.
  • Supervise logistics operations and negotiate contracts with service providers.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher, preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Purchasing and Shipping.
  • Knowledgeable in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, import/export regulations, and ISO 9001.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, planning, organizing, and project management skills.
  • IT literate (SAP, Microsoft Office) and customer-focused.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to travel when required.
