6747 - Project Engineer

Company Overview:

A Malaysia-based power generation and system integration company located in Pasir Gudang, Johor, specializing in generator set (genset) assembly and tailored power solutions.

Job Descriptions:

• To attend to request for quotations from customers.
• To review customer requirements and discuss with them the scope of supply.
• Familiar with electrical control system and able to liaise with architects, consultants and contractors.
• Auto-cad skills is a must.
• Work closely with the factory Engineers to answer any technical questions.
• To expand sales network coverage and increase market penetration.
• Good contact with Owners, End-users, M&E Contractors & Consultant. 
• Build new accounts through daily prospecting and cold calling.

Requirements:

• Diploma / degree in mechanical / electrical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 - 5 year experiences in sales and service of power generators.
• Occasional travel may be required to provide technical support for projects
• Proficient in Microsoft software (Excel, Words etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
