Job Descriptions:
- Complies with all company and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Reviewing technical specifications and plans, and specifications to calculate labor, material, and time requirements for accurate cost estimation.

Prepares and presents detailed estimates by compiling labor and material costs.

Liaises with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify project details and ensure estimates align with customer expectations.

Works with the project team to identify opportunities for cost-efficiency initiatives and cost optimization.

Builds and maintains strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and timely availability of materials and services.

Participates actively in project meetings and presentations.

Ensures adherence to customer and quality standards throughout the estimation and project process.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Experienced in cost optimization and implementing value engineering initiatives.

Solid knowledge of manufacturing documentation and procedures.

Skilled in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Competent in using CAD software.

Familiar with painting, and other common machining or sheet metal operations.

Understanding of metal fabrication methods and techniques.

Willingness to work flexible hours and consistently arrive on time for assigned shifts.

Proficient in ERP systems.

Background in manufacturing operations, with direct experience in production settings.
- At least 3 years of estimating experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent educational and professional experience.
