Job Overview
The Sales Executive – Digital Payments is responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and activating merchants across IPG and LINK solutions, with primary focus on LINK-driven opportunities and faster merchant activation cycles.
This role focuses on discovery, qualification, merchant onboarding, go-live activation, and collections while contributing to digital payments growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive merchant acquisition across IPG and LINK products with strong focus on LINK
- Conduct discovery calls and merchant meetings to identify merchant requirements
- Generate qualified opportunities and manage sales pipeline effectively
- Promote digital payment solutions and close opportunities efficiently
- Ensure timely application submission and merchant onboarding
- Support merchant activation, go-live, and deployment
- Collect onboarding fees and payment-related collections
- Coordinate with Product, Tech, Back Office, and Finance teams
- Support smooth merchant onboarding and activation
- Maintain strong performance across all assigned KPIs
