Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced professional to join our client's expanding sales team as a Manager – Business Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and contributing to the overall sales and expansion strategy of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive international market expansion
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
- Drive export sales growth while ensuring compliance with international trade requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients, distributors, and partners
- Lead negotiations, proposals, and closing of international business deals
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client engagements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Production, Finance, R&D, Design)
- Monitor performance metrics including revenue growth, market penetration, and ROI Preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in business development / export sales (manufacturing sector preferred)
- Strong knowledge of international markets and trade practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Knowledge of foreign languages will be an added advantage
