Job Overview
The Brand Manager – Local / International Brands will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive sustainable growth, brand equity, and market leadership across the company's local and international brand portfolio. The role focuses on consumer-centric marketing, innovation, portfolio management, and delivering impactful campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with overall business and commercial objectives.
- Drive brand growth through effective marketing strategies, consumer engagement, and innovation initiatives.
- Manage and monitor brand performance, market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
- Lead product innovation, new product launches, and portfolio management initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and activations.
- Manage brand communication, advertising, digital campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and manage brand budgets, ensuring effective utilization and ROI optimization.
- Analyze market data and prepare strategic recommendations to address opportunities and business challenges.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity and positioning across all communication channels.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver brand objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
- MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Management — an added advantage
- 3+ years of experience in Brand Management / Brand Development within FMCG, Beverage, or Alcohol Beverage industries
- Proven experience in handling local and/or international brands
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen
- Experience in campaign management, innovation, and portfolio management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management and execution capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing-related digital tools
English proficiency essential
