About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you are passionate about sales and marketing and have the ability to drive measurable business growth across local and international markets, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation in both local and international markets.
- Promote full suite of services, including Web Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and PPC campaigns.
- Understand and analyse client requirements and provide customized digital solutions aligned with their business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by offering strategic guidance and ongoing support.
- Collaborate closely with internal development and digital marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and plan sales initiatives to expand into new local and overseas markets.
- Maintain and update the customer database, converting potential prospects into active, long-term clients.
- Represent the company at meetings, presentations, and business discussions locally and internationally.
Requirements:
- Fully or partially qualified in CIM, SLIM, or any other recognized Sales/Marketing professional qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, IT solutions, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Sinhala (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, well-organized, and committed to achieving business objectives with high professional ethics.
- Professional appearance and confident personality with the ability to interact effectively with corporate clients.
- Willingness and ability to travel overseas for client meetings, business development activities, and market expansion initiatives.
- Flexibility to attend meetings on Saturdays when required and support urgent business needs when necessary.
