About the Client:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers, providing detailed information about products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Handle sales inquiries, calls, and follow-ups to convert leads into successful sales.
  • Maintain the showrooms professional appearance and ensure product displays are well organized.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or showroom operations.
  • Experience in the automotive or EV industry will be an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil proficiency is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to engage customers and explain product details clearly.
  • Confident in handling sales calls, cold calls, and follow-ups.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for maintaining reports and documentation.
