About the client:

A leading name in Sri Lanka's travel and hospitality sector, specializing in crafting distinctive outbound travel experiences that blend comfort, culture, and creativity. With a strong international presence and a commitment to excellence, the company is expanding its outbound leisure travel segment and seeks an accomplished leader to drive strategic growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and sell memorable travel experiences in Sri Lanka Work closely with international clients, travel agents, and local suppliers 
• Plan and manage bookings including hotels, transport, and experiences
• Ensure smooth operations from inquiry to post-travel support 
• Handle client requests, changes, and issues with professionalism 
• Maintain quality standards, budgets, and cost control Provide support during emergencies and unexpected travel changes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in travel planning, tourism sales, or customer service 
• Good knowledge of Sri Lanka destinations, hotels, and experiences 
• Strong communication skills in English (German or French is an added advantage) 
• Passion for customer service and creating amazing travel experiences
• Confident in handling clients, travel agents, and suppliers 
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple bookings Familiar with travel booking systems and basic tech tools 
• A positive, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
