Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet, welcome, and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate product information including features, pricing, warranties, and after-sales services.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable ICT products and solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and comparisons to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collections efficiently.
  • Manage merchandise returns and exchanges in a professional manner.
  • Ensure the showroom is well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Stay informed on latest product launches, market trends, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • 12 years of experience as a Showroom Sales Representative or in a similar customer-facing sales role.
  • Prior experience in invoicing, billing, or payment collection will be a definite advantage.
  • Familiarity with retail sales processes and consumer purchasing behavior.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Flexibility to work on rotational shifts or weekends when required.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for technology and customer engagement.
