Our client is a well-established organization involved in building, highway, and road construction projects.

Job Overview

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction project activities, ensuring effective project execution and coordination across site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project activities from commencement to completion.
• Monitor project progress, resources, and site activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, site, and project teams.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out according to project requirements.
• Address project-related issues and support timely resolutions.
• Monitor project timelines and overall progress.
• Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• BSc in Civil Engineering with Chartered qualification.
• Corporate Membership of IESL is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in building, highway, or road construction.
• Minimum 15 years of total post-graduation work experience.
• Willingness to work at project sites in Kandy, Trincomalee, or Anuradhapura.
• Willingness to work on a shutdown basis.
