Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to support invoicing, delivery coordination, and customer order management. The role involves handling documentation, following up on orders, and ensuring smooth communication with customers. The selected candidate will also assist with reporting, demand planning, and maintaining high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Handle invoicing, documentation, and related administrative processes accurately.
  • Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely order processing and follow-ups.
  • Communicate with customers to provide order updates and maintain strong relationships.
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Support sample handling and follow up on trials with customers.
  • Assist in demand planning, forecasting, and preparation of related reports.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service coordination, invoicing, or a similar role.
  • Professional qualification in Sales and Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with logistics, delivery coordination, or order handling will be an added advantage.
