Job Overview

As a Business Development Executive – Toys, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and expanding the company's market presence. You will manage existing client accounts, develop sales strategies, and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets in the toys category.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Assisting and identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure exceptional after-sales service and customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related qualification
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development,
  • preferably in the toys sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth.
