Job Overview

Our client is looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Executive to support business development and client acquisition activities. This role is ideal for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of sales experience who are interested in building a career in enterprise software and technology solutions sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Promote ERP, HRM, CRM, and other technology solutions to corporate clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing sales discussions
  • Work closely with internal teams to support solution presentations and project discussions
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Diploma or part qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and email communication
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Ability to travel for client meetings within Colombo and nearby areas
  • Preferred Skills
  • Interest in ERP, HRM, CRM, or enterprise software solutions
  • Strong relationship-building and customer handling skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
