Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Industrial Sales Manager to expand the industrial lubricant business, develop strong client relationships, and drive sales growth across key industries through effective technical sales solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for industrial lubricants across sectors such as manufacturing, power generation, construction, mining, and heavy industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients to understand their operational needs and deliver tailored lubricant solutions.
- Analyze customer equipment and machinery requirements and recommend appropriate lubrication products and applications.
- Drive sales growth by expanding the customer base and strengthening market presence.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely product supply, technical support, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry requirements to support strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably within lubricants, engineering products, or related industrial solutions.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment, machinery applications, and lubrication solutions.
