Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and motivated IT Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
· Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
· Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving faults
· Respond promptly to service issues and user requests
· Maintain records of issues, solutions, and system updates
· Support system upgrades, patches, and backups
· Ensure IT security protocols are followed
· Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure and documentation
Requirements & Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role
· Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
· Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and common software applications
· Good understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
