Responsibilities

• Provide professional front desk and concierge services to mall visitors.
• Assist customers with inquiries, directions, and general information about the mall.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns efficiently while maintaining service excellence.
• Coordinate with mall management, security, and tenants to ensure smooth customer service operations.
  
• Maintain records of customer interactions and provide reports when required.
• Ensure the concierge desk and lobby area are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
• Deliver a friendly, approachable, and customer-focused experience to all visitors.
• Work on a roster basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, guest relations, or front-line customer handling in hospitality, real estate, shopping malls, retail, aviation, or similar sectors.
• Diploma or Certificate in Business Management, Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English with strong communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to wear a uniform and work on the mall floor assisting customers.

Other Details:

• Female candidates are preferred.
• Age below 40 years.
• Ability to work flexible hours on a roster basis, including weekends and holidays.
• Salary range: LKR 90,000 – 110,000 depending on experience.
