Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused professional to support revenue growth and expand our client's sea export business. The role involves managing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and executing effective sales strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agreed revenue targets.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and minimize delays.
  • Ensure high service quality and customer availability throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct regular field visits to generate new leads and maintain existing customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry in a similar sales role (Sea Exports preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong customer service mindset with effective communication skills.
