Job Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Compliance Executive to ensure adherence to corporate laws, regulatory frameworks, and internal compliance standards. The role involves monitoring compliance activities, supporting audits, and maintaining proper regulatory documentation to safeguard the organization's legal and ethical standing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and coordinate legal documents related to real estate transactions, including sale agreements, deeds, MOUs, leases, and powers of attorney.
- Coordinate the execution, stamping, registration, and safekeeping of legal documents.
- Liaise with lawyers, notaries, land registry offices, banks, and government authorities on property-related matters.
- Assist with title verification, legal due diligence, and obtaining statutory approvals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws, regulations, and internal company procedures.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital records of deeds, agreements, plans, approvals, and related correspondence.
- Support bank-related documentation for customer loans, settlements, and reimbursements.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and project teams to ensure the smooth completion of transactions.
- Handle customer documentation-related queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist management with legal follow-ups, dispute support, and risk mitigation activities.
- Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, filing, and meeting coordination.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all company and client information.
- Perform any other legal or administrative duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
1.Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB), Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and document management systems.
- High level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Candidates with a notary license will have an added advantage.
2.Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal documentation, legal coordination, or administrative support (real estate sector preferred).
- Working knowledge of real estate laws, property documentation, and registration procedures.
- Experience in coordinating with lawyers, government authorities, banks, and land registry offices.
3.Key Skills
- Strong organizational skills.

- Good communication skills with the ability to handle clients and external stakeholders professionally.
