About the Job:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales manager to lead our insurance field sales team and drive business growth through effective leadership and strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of field sales agents remotely.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve performance targets.
- Train, motivate, and monitor the progress of team members.
- Ensure successful customer onboarding and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing sales teams (experience in insurance or financial services preferred).
- Strong leadership and team coaching capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a result-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage field sales operations effectively while working remotely.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for sales tracking and performance reporting.
- Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role.
- Experience in insurance sales will be considered a significant advantage
Compensation Package:
Gross Salary: LKR 200,000
Includes basic salary + 40% commission + travel allowance
Experience-Based Adjustment: Candidates with more experience in insurance may be considered for a 5%10% increment on the gross salary.
